- Working experience of frameworks like Django for Python, Laravel for PHP, Nodejs for Javascript
- Ability to write quality unit tests
- Knowledge of Algorithms and data structures is also an essential need for any professional full stack developer
- An awareness of security concerns is important, as each layer has its vulnerabilities
- Should know the differences between multiple delivery platforms like mobile vs. desktop
- Make sure web pages are optimized for best speed and scalability
- Basic exposure to frontend techs like HTML and CSS is desirable
- Knowledge of session management in a distributed server environment

- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
